This policy covers peterisaza.com and the Tony SMS notification program, a personal assistant system run by Peter Isaza that sends text messages to Peter and to immediate family members who have opted in.

What we collect

For the SMS program, we collect only the mobile phone number of each person who opts in, plus a record of their opt-in and any opt-out. Messages contain personal reminders, calendar notices, and alerts. On this website, if you use the contact form, we collect the name, email, and message you send.

How we use it

Phone numbers are used only to send the reminders and alerts the recipient agreed to receive. Contact form details are used only to reply to you.

We do not share or sell your information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell, rent, or trade any personal information. The only outside service involved is our SMS carrier (Twilio), which delivers the messages.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one confirmation and then no further messages. Reply HELP for help.

Data retention and security

Phone numbers are stored on a private, access-restricted system and removed on request or when a recipient opts out.
